A thoughtfully curated degustation at Bellbird Dining & Bar, celebrating the flavours, traditions and influences that have travelled across oceans to help define who we are today.

Guided by Head Chef Federico Rekowski, each course draws inspiration from a different cultural influence, reimagined through a contemporary Australian lens. From familiar comfort to unexpected twists, this seven-course experience tells a story of migration, belonging and shared tables.

More than a meal, this is a journey, one that honours the diversity of our community, the power of food to connect us and the stories that continue to shape our nation.

As such, this menu cannot be offered as a vegan or fully vegetarian option. We are, however, able to accommodate gluten-free requirements where possible.
