Creative Connections is an art workshop for those with anxiety, depression or mental health issues and is a space to connect. Facilitated by a qualified Art Therapist this will be a safe space to chat and work together.
This workshop requires participants to choose an art project you would like to work on. Projects can be as simple as a pen and paper to draw, your latest knitting project or something you've always wanted to try making and creating with.
All materials are included, and each class will be held in-person at Casula Powerhouse. Join us to connect and enjoy art together.
