Bellbird Dining & Bar invites guests to indulge in an extraordinary culinary — From the Cellar Reserve Degustation, an eight-course dining experience designed to reveal the treasures of Bellbird’s cellar and the creativity of Head Chef Federico Rekowski.
“We’ve worked hard to curate a wine list that showcases some of the finest drops available in our region” says Rekowski. “Many of these bottles come from limited allocations — wines we’re lucky to get our hands on — and this degustation is our way of sharing them, with dishes perfectly paired and crafted to bring out their very best.”
Each course takes you on a journey through flavour, balance and craftsmanship, showcasing the best of Australian and New Zealand wines paired with beautifully crafted seasonal dishes.
