Kathakriti has nurtured a growing community of Kathak dancers in Sydney. Pravaah - meaning "flow" - reflects the journey of tradition and artistry flowing from guru to disciple.
The occasion will be graced with the blessing of Smt. Mousumi Saha, Guru and mentor whose guidance continues to inspire the Kathakriti family.
The evening will feature vibrant performances by the students of Kathakriti alongside participants of the school's special workshops, showcasing months of dedication, rhythm, and artistry across a range of pieces - from traditional compositions to contemporary interpretations of Kathak.
