Celebrate Mother’s Day a little early with a meaningful, hands-on experience.

Join us at the Liverpool Powerhouse for a relaxed and creative morning of seed bomb making, hosted by Council’s Environment Team. It’s the perfect opportunity to slow down, connect, and create something that gives back to nature.

A seed bomb is a small ball made from a mix of clay, soil, and seeds. Designed to be scattered onto soil or into your garden, they protect the seeds until they’re ready to grow—making it an easy and fun way to help flowers and plants thrive, especially for bees and other important pollinators.

Shape, roll, and craft your own seed bombs while learning how they support local biodiversity and bring more greenery into your community. Whether you come along with Mum, bring the kids, or enjoy some creative time yourself, this workshop is all about making memories while making a difference.

Why you’ll love it:

  • A fun and mindful activity for all ages
  • Learn how to support bees and local pollinators
  • Take home your own handmade seed bombs to plant and enjoy

Perfect for mums, kids, carers, or anyone who loves getting creative for a good cause—celebrate Mother’s Day with something thoughtful, sustainable, and full of heart
